        專家建言網絡安全監管和人工智能應用

        中國青年網成都9月18日電(呂佳璐 記者 李崗)“網絡安全為人民,網絡安全靠人民”。2018年國家網絡安全宣傳周于9月17日至23日舉行。9月17日下午,在成都舉行了800人規模的網絡安全技術高峰論壇主論壇,10余名知名網絡安全專家聚焦網絡安全新技術、新趨勢、新成果,圍繞網絡安全領域核心議題展開交流研討。

        中國工程院沈昌祥院士是我國從事計算機信息系統、密碼工程和信息安全體系結構設計等網絡安全領域工作的專家院士,談到目前網絡安全形勢時,他說:“如果沒有安全保障,網絡空間、智能設備、數字經濟、數字城市,一切無從談起。所以這一問題必須要高度重視,只有在安全保障下,才能發展現代化、數字化經濟,才能構筑網絡強國。”

        他還說:“成都市是我國網絡安全產業化、信息化基礎上的新興產業的引領者,不僅從事網絡安全的企業多、研究者多、大學多,而且政府非常重視,采取了一系列政策,促進網絡安全產業化。

        在接受記者采訪時,沈昌祥提出:“應該建立網絡安全領域的免疫系統,建立身份識別的體系,以此加強對網絡安全的監管。”

        伊萊克利·伯利茲是聯合國人工智能與機器人中心主任,啟動并領導了聯合國區域間犯罪和司法研究所的人工智能和機器人方案,并領導創建聯合國人工智能和機器人中心。他認為人工智能的發展會給網絡安全帶來巨大的好處,因為最終人工智能會幫助人們加強網絡安全,也會使維護網絡安全的成本更低、速度更快,會進一步加強網絡安全,發現和分析出一系列惡性的網絡攻擊,甚至進一步研發相關的技術。

        人工智能是一種工具,跟其他任何工具都是一樣的,既有利也有弊,具有兩面性,對于這點,伊萊克利·伯利茲說到:“我們要全方面的了解人工智能,并且讓所有的企業、學者等相關方,甚至是國際間展開交流與合作,因為我們的目的就是要在國際社會以及社區中的每一個人都能夠享受到這種技術帶來的好處,并想辦法規避它的風險。”
