        专家建言网络安全监管和人工智能应用

        中国青年网成都9月18日电(吕佳璐 记者 李岗)“网络安全为人民,网络安全靠人民”。2018年国家网络安全宣传周于9月17日至23?#31449;儺小?月17日下午,在成都举行了800人规模的网络安全?#38469;?#39640;峰论坛主论坛,10余名知名网络安全专家聚焦网络安全新?#38469;酢?#26032;趋势、新成果,围绕网络安全领域核心议题展开交流研讨。

        中国工程院沈昌祥院士是我国从事计算机信息系?#22330;?#23494;码工程和信息安全体?#21040;?#26500;设?#39057;?#32593;络安全领域工作的专家院士,谈到目前网络安全形势时,他说:“如果没有安全保障,网络空间、智能设备、数字经济、数字城市,一?#24418;?#20174;谈起。所以这一问题必须要高度重视,只有在安全保障下,才能发展现代化、数字化经济,才能构筑网络强国。”

        他还说:“成?#38469;?#26159;我国网络安全产业化、信息化基础上的新兴产业的引领者,不仅从事网络安全的企业多、研究者多、大学多,而?#33402;?#24220;非常重视,采取了一系列政策,促进网络安全产业化。

        在接受记者采访时,沈昌祥提出:“应该建立网络安全领域的免疫系统,建立身份识别的体系,以此加强对网络安全的监管。”

        伊莱克利·伯利兹是联合国人工智能与机器人中心主任,启动并领导了联合国区域间犯罪和司法研究所的人工智能和机器人方案,并领导创建联合国人工智能和机器人中心。他认为人工智能的发展会给网络安全带来巨大的好处,因为最终人工智能会帮助人们加强网络安全,也会使维护网络安全的成本更低、速度更快,会进一步加强网络安全,发现和分析出一系列恶性的网络攻击,甚至进一步研发相关的?#38469;酢?/p>

        人工智能是一种工具,跟其他任何工具都是一样?#27169;?#26082;有利也有弊,具有两面性,对于这点,伊莱克利·伯利?#20154;?#21040;:“我们要全方面的了解人工智能,并且让所有的企业、学者等相关方,甚至是国际间展开交流与合作,因为我们的目的就是要在国际社会以及社区中的每一个人都能够享受到这种?#38469;?#24102;来的好处,并想办法规避它的风险。”
