        中国北斗将向全球用户提供遇险报警服务

        西昌9月20日电(李国利、杨欣)随着首次装载搜救载荷的两颗北斗导航卫星19日夜间升空,中国北斗将逐步开始为全球用户提供遇险报警服务。

        从西昌卫星发射中心升空的这两颗卫星,是我国首批装载搜救载荷的北斗导航卫星,也是北斗三号系?#36710;?3、14颗卫星。

        据中国卫星导航系统管理办公室主任冉承其介绍,我国将在这两颗卫星发射成功后建成北斗中轨搜救系统,并作为全球卫星搜救系统的组成部分,为全球海上、陆上和空中用户提供遇险报警及定位服务,这是中国北斗“走出去”取得的又一重大成就。

        全球卫星搜救系统由国际搜救卫星组织负责管理,成员包括40多个国家和组织,我国是成员国之一,交通运输部是对口联系单位。

        这次装载的搜救载荷由交通运输部参与建设。近年来,中国卫星导航系统管理办公室与交通运输部相关部门围绕北斗卫星搜救系统建设,在研究论证、国际合作、?#38469;?#25915;关等方面开展了大量工作。2018年2月,国际搜救卫星组织正式通过将北斗系统纳入全球卫星搜救系统实施计划。

        交通运输部所属的中国交通通信信息中心空间信息事业部负责人李晶说,这次发射的两颗北斗导航卫星及其搭载的搜救载荷,将有效提升全球卫星搜救系统的遇险报警转发效率,为全球遇险人员提供“中国守护?#20445;?#26356;好地保障全球遇险人员的生命安全。

        “下一步,我们将与中国卫星导航系统管理办公室密切协作,对已经发射的北斗卫星及搜救载荷进行?#20013;?#30417;测,做好后续卫星搭载搜救载荷的建设筹备工作。”李晶说。

        后续,北斗搜救系统还将实现“返向链路”功能,即利用北斗系统向遇险人员发送反馈信息,告知其报警信息已被收到,以此增强遇险人员获救信?#27169;?#25552;升救援成功率。
