        关于10月,你最期待的是什么?

        除了7天的大长假,工资其实也是很多人期待的事。


        - 1 -10月的工资可以提前发

        依据《工资支付暂行规定》的要求,用人单位遇到节假日期间不能发放工资的,应该在最近的工作日发放工资。

        《工资支付暂行规定》第七条

        工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日,则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次,实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。

        “十一”假期,有不少单位9月底就会发放10月份的工资。

        8月31日,备受社会关注的个人所得税法修正案终于通过了!

        新个税法于2019年1月1日起施行,2018年10月1日起施行最新起征点和税率。新个税法规定,自2018年10月1日至2018年12月31日,纳税人的工资、薪金所得,先行以每月收入额减除费用五千元以及专项扣除和依法确定的其他扣除后的余额为应纳税所得额,依照个人所得税税?#26102;恚?#32508;合所得适用)按月换算后计算缴纳税款,并不再扣除附加减除费用。

        按照新个税法,快来看看一年你能省多少钱:

        - 3 -9月工资10月发也能享受新税法

        “企业一般会在次月发放当月的工资,也就是说10月的工资要等到11月份才会发放,此时才可以按照5000元的新起征点计算;而10月份发放的9月工资则按照之前的3500元的旧个税起征点算。”事实是这样吗?

        四川省税务局个人所得税相关负责人指出,不管发放的是哪个月的工资,只要是在10月1日后发放,就可以适用5000元起征点。与其是否为上月工资没有关系。

        - 4 -加班有双倍或者三倍工资可拿

        今年中秋加上国庆,两个假日加在一起共有10个加班日,如果全部放弃休息选择上班,则可以拿到相当于24天的日工资。

        根据规定,9月24日中秋节和10月1、2、3日均为法定假期,应按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的300%另行支付加班工资;9月22日、23日和10月4、5、6、7日,用人单位可选择给予补休或按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的200%支付加班工资。

        因此,如果10天全部加班,就可以拿到24天的日工资收入。
